I have arrived. I am home.

I have arrived. I am home.

Ever find yourself thinking about the past or worrying about the future? Us too! A trick we really like comes from Thich Nhat Hanh. When you find yourself somewhere other than the present moment, you can say this little saying: “I have arrived. I am home.” I have arrived means I have arrived in the present moment – this is where life happens. I am home means I am home in the present moment. This little trick is easy to use everyday.
